How do I make a purchase?
- Choose from our range of products and add them to the shopping cart. Checkout to enter the billing/ delivery addresses and choose for your preferred payment mode to complete the purchase.
- Please note that we only accept orders above $20. If your shopping cart is less than $20, you will not be able to check-out.
How do I keep updated of your sales & promotions?
- You may sign up for our e-newsletter for updates on our latest launch and promotions. From time to time, we will also have special offers and time sales exclusive for our Facebook followers, so don’t forget to also follow us on our Facebook too!

How do I change my address, modify or cancel my order?
- Please call our hotline at +65 6299 1133 to inform our Internet Team during our operating hours from Mon – Fri 8.30am to 6pm, Sat 8.30pm to 2.00pm. We apologize that changes and cancellation can only be made to orders that have not been delivered. Please refer to our service policy for details on our Cancellation and Refund policy
What if the goods I received are damaged or of the wrong size?
- We will take our best effort to check and ensure all products are in good condition prior to the delivery. In the event that you have received your purchase in a less than satisfactory condition or of the wrong size, please kindly contact us within 12 working hours to arrange for an exchange. Returns must be in its original packaging and not worn, washed, altered or used.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
