SERVICE POLICY
A. Order Info
- All orders placed online will receive an order reference number and email receipt.
- You are encouraged to check the email to ensure all order details provided are accurate. (To ensure that you will receive the email confirmation successfully, kindly include orders@ohbabynme.com in your address book.)
- You may also login to your Member account and refer to the Order History.
B. Delivery Info
- A standard delivery charge of $6.96 (incl. GST) is applicable for delivery to most parts of Singapore.
- For order placed before 4pm, delivery will be within 2 business day.
- For order placed after 4pm, delivery will be within 3 business day.
C. Payment Modes:
- We accept payment via Visa and Master credit cards, Paypal and Internet Banking.
D. Cancellation and Refund:
- Please contact the Internet Team at +65 6299 1133 within 1 business hour upon your order submission.
- We apologize that changes and cancellation can only be made to orders that have not been delivered.
- Any refund on the order will be processed and completed approximately between 3 to 4 working weeks. Hence, it may not be reflected immediately on your up-coming card statement.
E. Exchange Policy
- We will take our best effort to check and ensure all products are in good condition prior to the delivery. In the event that you have received your purchase in a less than satisfactory condition, please kindly contact us within 12 working hours to arrange for an exchange.
- Returns must be in its original packaging and not worn, washed, altered or used.
